This Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) explains how Firstar Healthcare Co., Ltd. (Guangzhou) (“FIRSTAR”, “we”, “us” or “our”) processes personal data in its capacity as a data controller.
It describes our data privacy practices concerning individuals (“data subjects”, “you” or “your”) who visit our website (the “Site”) or use products or services ordered or accessed through the Site (the “Services”). This Notice does not apply to personal data processed independently by third parties whose websites are not owned or operated by us.
Categories of Data Subjects and Personal Data
The categories of individuals and personal data covered by this Notice depend on how you interact with the Site and Services. The following sections describe information that may be processed through standard website functions.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the Site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, together with the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent string, to support spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine whether you use that service. The Gravatar service privacy policy explains its data practices. After a comment is approved, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the Site, avoid uploading images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors may be able to download images and extract location data from them.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on the Site, you may choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These cookies are provided for convenience so that you do not need to enter the same details when leaving another comment. They remain in place for one year.
If you visit a login page, we may set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we may set cookies to save your login information and screen-display preferences. Login cookies remain in place for two days, and screen-option cookies remain in place for one year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login may persist for two weeks. Login cookies are removed when you log out.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie may be saved in your browser. It contains no personal data and records the post ID of the article you edited. It expires after one day.
For more information, see the FIRSTAR Cookie Policy.
Embedded Content from Other Websites
Articles on the Site may include embedded content such as videos, images or articles. Embedded content from another website behaves in the same way as if you visited that website directly.
Those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, add third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with the embedded content. This may include tracking your interaction when you have an account with, and are logged in to, the third-party website.
Who We Share Your Data With
If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam-detection service. Payment information may be processed by the payment provider described in the applicable checkout or payment notice.
How Long We Retain Your Data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata may be retained indefinitely so that follow-up comments can be recognized and approved automatically instead of being held in a moderation queue.
For users who register on the Site, if registration is available, we store the personal information provided in the user profile. Users may view, edit or delete their personal information at any time, except that they may not be able to change their username. Website administrators may also view and edit that information.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may contact us at sales@china-firstar.com to exercise the following rights:
- Request access to and a copy of your personal data (Article 15 GDPR).
- Request the correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete personal data (Article 16 GDPR).
- Request the deletion of your personal data where the applicable requirements are met (Article 17 GDPR).
- Request restriction of the processing of your personal data (Article 18 GDPR).
- Request personal data that you provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and request its transmission to another controller where applicable (Article 20 GDPR).
- Object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests. We will stop that processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims (Article 21 GDPR).
If you have an account on the Site or have left comments, you may request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including data you provided to us. You may also request deletion of personal data that we hold about you. This does not include data that we must retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for your place of residence concerning the processing of your personal data.

FIRSTAR may amend this Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our processing activities. The current version will be published on this page.
