Reusable Hot and Cold Hand Therapy

FM-465 supports both cold and heat preparation. Cold therapy can help relieve inflammation and swelling, while heat therapy can help alleviate pain and stiffness. The product data sheet identifies use to help relieve fevers, bruises, swelling, muscle spasms, aches and pains, headaches, first-degree burns and fatigue.

The wearable glove format helps keep the solid gel pack positioned around the hand. Inspect both gloves before every use. Discard a glove if it is punctured, broken or leaking, and always confirm that the temperature is suitable before it touches the body.

Cold Application

  1. Place the gloves in a freezer or refrigerator for at least two hours, or until the desired temperature is reached.
  2. Inspect the gloves and confirm that the temperature is comfortable and suitable.
  3. Put the gloves on carefully and position them around the hands as required.
  4. Do not apply cold for more than 20 minutes unless directed by a doctor.

Heat Application

  1. Make sure the gel is evenly distributed inside each glove.
  2. Heat the product in a microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Because microwaves may heat gel unevenly, check for hot spots and confirm that the temperature is suitable.
  4. If more heat is required, reheat in 10-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
  5. Do not apply heat for more than 20 minutes unless directed by a doctor.

Warnings and Precautions

  • For external use only. Do not swallow the contents.
  • Do not walk on the gel gloves or place excessive weight on them.
  • Do not overheat.
  • Confirm that the temperature is suitable before application.
  • Discard a glove if it is punctured or broken.
  • Do not use on unhealthy, damaged or broken skin.
  • Do not apply heat or cold for more than 20 minutes unless directed by a doctor.
  • Do not use heat if you have poor circulation or diabetes.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

For convenient cold use, seal the gloves in a bag and store them in the freezer. They may also be stored in a sealed plastic bag at room temperature between 0°C and 30°C. Keep the product away from light and moisture to reduce water loss through evaporation and help extend its usable life.

Information for Distributors and Private-Label Buyers

The PDS lists green and pink as the available colors, IFIRSTAR or OEM/ODM branding, a minimum order quantity of 1,000 pieces and a delivery time of 35-45 days. Standard packing is a 100 × 40 × 165 mm color box, with 12 pieces in an export carton measuring 29.5 × 24.5 × 17.5 cm and a stated gross weight of 14.2 kg.
